I am a biologist with two master's degrees: Sustainable Resource Management (Technical University of Munich, Germany) and Territorial and Environmental Management (Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos).
My professional experience includes chairing the Board of OEFA (2011-2012), where I led the decentralisation of environmental enforcement and established enforced-collection systems for environmental fines.
Since 2014 I have worked at IMARPE as an Environmental Specialist, focused on assessing environmental management instruments and research projects with hydrobiological components.
